hmmm...
My godmummy Sara had her birthday a few days ago - HAPPY BIRTHDAY! She lives in Sweden so I didn't get to say happy birthday to her in person unfortunately. But she is visiting me in a couple of weeks so I will give her a birthday cuddle then!
The other day I had to go to hospital because I was running a very high temperature. The Doctor was really lovely and I had a good snuggle and sleep with mamma in hospital after an exhausting seizure, unfortunately running a high temperature can sometimes lead to a 'febrile convulsion' and that is exactly what happened to me. Mamma had to call an ambulance and off we went to the A&E where the nurses and doctors looked after me until I was allowed to go home a few hours later. I am now recovering well with the penicillin having kicked in and regular doses of paracetamol and ibuprofen. My throat is really sore and I am tired but taking this into consideration I still enjoy playing with my ball a lot and keep very active in general.
My hospital visit meant that I couldn't stay for long at Michele and Howards wedding yesterday, but I behaved beautifully throughout the ceremony and really enjoyed catching up with my cousins; Harry, Benjamin, Alicia, Oliva and Theo. Auntie Michele looked beautiful and I think she had a wonderful day! Saskia and I wore matching dresses and I will upload some more photos here soon from the wedding (courtesy of Nana!).
Happy birthday Nana! Today it is Nanas birthday and she brought Grandad, Auntie Carrie and cousin Benjamin, as well as Harry, Auntie Vicky and Sam to my house for lunch. They first went to see cousin Harry's new house, he is soon moving into a new house very near me (the one he lives in now is quite close but the new one is even closer!)! How cool is that?! We had a great time playing and eating (black marinated kalamata olives are still my favourites so lucky for me Mamma had bought some this morning). I had so much fun and I am so happy they all came to see me today. I got two lovely new sunhats (you would think it was my birthday!) and a beautiful special dress that my aunties wore when they were babies (from Harrods nontheless!) and some swimming bottoms and a lovely sun t-shirt! (OMG I am so spoilt!) thank you Nana and Auntie Carrie!
In the evening Mamma, Daddy and I went over to my friend James's house to say hello, as I am unwell we decided against watching the first England game (against USA) at their house which we had initially planned a few days ago, and James and I managed to get some quality play time together in his garden (I love his cool trucks!) before we went home for my bath and bedtime.
Although I am a very devoted England fan (quite obvious as I hold a British passport, live in and love London.... and Sweden didn't qualify for this world cup) I wasn't allowed to stay up to watch the game, but from what I hear (Daddy in tears...) I am sure we have a few very exciting weeks to come. COME ON ENGLAND!
from the wedding yesterday:
I think I underestimated these sticky hair 'brushes' mamma swears by, but no sign of Cody or Pimms hair on my new England T-Shirt - brilliant:
